In the meadow of the valley,
Where wild flowers are roaming free.
There are multitudes of colors
And their backdrop forest greens.

near the yellow meadow

having lost your glow,

ah, where has it gone?

The above wildflower was difficult to recognize this time of year, being early June vs. late August on Mt. Lemmon. But with the help of some of my naturalists friends the mystery plant is western sneezeweed, of which I have posted several times.

For myself I hold no preferences among flowers,
so long as they are wild, free, spontaneous.
Bricks to all greenhouses!
Black thumb and cutworm to the potted plant!
