Every human has four endowments —
self-awareness,
conscience,
independent will,
and creative imagination.
These give us the ultimate human freedom…
The power to choose, to respond, to change.

Bonsai Art — Image by kenne
Trees,
are worthy of reverence,
giving us a sense
of the unknown,
becoming the center
of our fascination.
Trees,
are holders of curiosity,
masked in the name
of wisdom,
facility of spirit,
carrying a person’s mind
past himself.
Trees,
are witness to happenings,
generating the stuff
of myths,
upon which we share
he essence and
power of becoming.

Regarding Wave
The voice of the Dharma
the voice
now
A shimmering bell
through all.
Every hill, still.
Every tree alive. Every leaf.
All the slopes flow.
old woods, new seedlings,
tall grasses plumes.
Dark hollows; peaks of light.
wind stirs the cool side
Each leaf living.
All the hills.
The Voice
is a wife
to
him still.
