Blessed with two beautiful children, I’m now blessed with three beautiful grandchildren.

Children I adore
Blessed with more than I deserve
One lucky father.

A Smooth Jazz Father’s Day   Leave a comment

431995One relaxing way to spend a hot Father’s Day evening in Houston is by listening to the smooth jazz music of the English band, Acoustic Alchemy. Better yet, doing so with some friends, from The Society of the 5th Cave book club, and good food and wine at Sambuca’s. As always, the dueling guitar play of AA was dramatic, smooth and classic.

Like fine art on a good bottle of wine, I love good album cover art. One such cover is that of the 2001 Acoustic Alchemy release, AART.

You can learn more about AA and there music at

On yes, a big thanks to Ken Davis for suggesting we spend Father’s Day evening with AA.
