The first of many sunsets I have captured from our Tanuri Ridge patio.

How do you describe a sunset
when they’re all beautiful?
Yet, they are all different
and deserving of expression.
Try as I may,
words become redundant,
depleted of feeling,
left only with the silence
of nature’s best
at the end of the day —

sparkling clear water, how long did we drink it, how quickly we desert it, when it all goes wrong, sometimes words can’t catch the moment, they just remind us of times past, unlike your sunsets, may they rise eternally, amen
Beautiful and so very meaningful. When words are lacking and we cannot describe the awe and surprise, what we have is inspiration. Your poem is an inspiration to others. Thank you, because the “Sun also Rises”
