So glad you reminded me to go here today, Kenne. That photograph is among my favorites of yours. Actually, I expect a Tim Burton film to stream out of it any minute. Lovely poem to go with it, too.
. . . I tend to see things darker than life — more contrast adds more to the visual interpretation.
