Come with me to Blackett’s Ridge
To hike a rocky switch-back trail.
A deep gorge designates the end
Overlooking converging canyons. 
White clouds hang from a blue sky.
Now we wait for the sun to go down
When we will return to the trailhead
Under the light of the harvest moon.
