Thankyou! I am so proud of my folks, and when asked, Dad (a Detroiter) says: we did what had to be done: paper route, sell mom’s kitchen-made donuts, walk to play in the park, push back fear by just taking care of today, and each other.
They taught us to not take life for granted.
