Farmer’s Market in St Phillip’s Plaza   2 comments

Some people just couldn’t wait for the produce to be unloaded. Joy and I got an early start at one of several farmer’s markets in the Catalina Foothills. Now we know what we will be doing most every Saturday morning. Great items and the prices are better than Safeway.

  1. That looks great! Wish our “Farmer’s Market” would take off at Market Street!
In the meantime, we are harvesting our tomatoes from our $12.95 tomato plant which had some tomatoes on it at purchase.
We have broken even so far and look forward to making a profit.

    • Great! We may consider growing some tomatoes again, but till then the farmer’s market has very good fresh tomatoes. Meanwhile, we remain focused on saving and/or replacing some of our landscaping plants. Many are beginning to respond to our care. We have found a great nursery in east Tucson that may be visiting again later today.
