About a year before we moved to Tucson, on the suggestion of friends Katy and Bob McNeily,
I became involved with the Panther Creek Inspiration Ranch (PIC). Located in The Woodlands
and run under the leadership of David and Linda Darnell, the PIC use horses to transform
lives and strengthen families coping with mental, emotional or physical disabilities.
Long one of The Woodlands best kept secrets, with the help of community volunteers and
businesses like Anadarko, the PIC is better able to serve the needs of families of children
