Wow, I wonder about wine?
I know fish bladder is common is wines, but haven’t seen a list of common ingredients.
Yikes. I don’t get why the fish bladder? Certainly not for flavor?
“Isinglass is a substance obtained from the dried swim bladders of fish. It is a form of collagen used mainly for the clarification of wine and beer,” according to Wikipedia.
