Tomorrow will be our 4th week anniversary of Internet access at some location (mainly Starbucks) other than at home. But things are looking up since they laid the new cable to the house yesterday and installation is now scheduled for tomorrow.
The past four weeks has been a real adventure; sometimes overcrowed Starbucks locations, problems getting online, nosy backgrounds, but plenty of opportunity to network. Yesterday, after leaving one crowed location for the River Rd location, we met Arden Kirkpatrick, a ten-year Tucson resident. Arden is very friendly and eager to provide helpful information. Arden is a regular at the River Rd location, so I’m sure we will continue to cross paths. Because of our Comcast problems, we have been able to meet many helpful people.
