No problem for Brooks Brothers

Forty-eight years ago, I took out my first charge account. The account was with Brooks Brothers in Chicago. I figured having credit with a company that had been around for 142 years give me a good start in the world of credit. So, now 190 years later things can’t be all that bad if Brook Brothers is still around.
