    Lovely picture!!! I think this might be Hibiscus denudatus (aka common name Naked Hibiscus). In the Malvaceae family.
    But in any case……. A rose by any other name …….

      You are probably right. You are not the 1st one to suggest a hibiscus. Sometimes even with Rose’s book it can be strangle for a novice. Your feedback is most appreciated.
