Bob & Kathy McNeily invited some friends for an evening of wine and pizza at the Viking Cooking School in The Woodlands, Texas. January 2009.

viking-cooking-school-5280-blogThere’s a new school in The Woodlands, the Viking Cooking School located in the Hubbell and Hudson Market and Bistro near the Waterway. On the 29th of January, Joy and I attended a pizza-making demonstration, arranged by Kathy & Bob McNeily. viking-cooking-school-5325-blogSince this was a “hands-on” pizza from scratch event, there was plenty of pizza to eat and take home. Like all good cooking, making good pizza is an art not gained in one evening. But with a good receipt and good instruction we were will on our way to improving the quality of our homemade pizzas.
