Oak Creek Bridge North of Sedona, Arizona — Photo-Artistry by kenne

And Then

The labyrinths
that time creates
vanish.

(Only the desert
remains.)

The heart,
fountain of desire,
vanishes.

(Only the desert
remains.)

The illusion
of dawn and kisses
vanish.

Only the desert
remains.
Undulating desert.
The illusion
of dawn and kisses
vanish.

Only the desert
remains.
Undulating desert.

  1. Unfortunately, due to my wife’s bad knee, we couldn’t do as much in Sedona as we’d have like to. We only drove up Oak Creek Canyon on our way to I-40, and stopped at the overlook, from where I took some pictures. But we still enjoyed the gorgeous scenery.
