  1. I love rainbows. Beautiful shot, kenne, of both the rainbow and the awesome dark clouds.

    • As a photographer, you know it’s all about “right place, right time.” This is when iPhones come in handy when you are out on a morning walk. And as fate would have it, it was a very good day.

  2. Truly lovely 🌹

  3. Kenne,

That looks to me like a very nice neighborhood there. Is that where you live? Scenes like this make me miss Tucson. Sadly, I have also gotten some reports that weren’t so positive. I recently had some contact with the guy who’d been my best friend in the eighth grade. He had moved back to Tucson around the year 2000 after a long absence. He was disappointed. He told me it had gotten too big and too crowded with way too much traffic.

I guess I tend to have fond memories of the way things were back in the 1960s. It was sooooo nice back then! This image you shared with us this morning reminds me of those days. Surely there are some nice places around town if you look for them.

Don’t ask me about Phoenix, though! 🙂

    • That’s my neighborhood. In the late’60s I was station at Ft. Huachuca for my last five months in the Army during which time I fell in love with Tucson. In 2007 we were passing through Tucson and I was concerned that the spiritual connection I felt in the 60s would not be there, I was pleasantly surprised, it was. Three years later we move here. That’s my short version of our being here now.
