Joy and Kenne
Between Men and Women
I continue to search for the magic,
the magic relationship combination —
luck, romance, and harmony.
There are many formulas,
but they all seem rather glib:
work as a team, compromise,
‘doing your own thing,’
living separate lives under one roof,
all part of an invisible code.
Still, poets write of past muses
and fantasize future romantic
relationships in the games people play.
