Nature Photography For Middle School Students
For five years I have taught nature photography to seventh-grade students as part of a “Science Day” in Sabino Canyon. I recently received some thank you notes, and a few are shared here.
Thank you for teaching us about photography and how it is supposed to reflect us.

Great… what you have done for them, Ken! 🙂 I’ve done the same with fossils.
You probably know better than I, this age group can be a challenge with which to work, I spent about 35 minutes with three groups of 17 students and for the most part was attentive.
Nice to know the students appreciated what you told them. It’s always a good feeling to be appreciated.
It was fun being with them, but I wouldn’t want it to be every day five days a week.
