We are staying with daughter Jill in Houston where many are starting the recovery process from Harvey. Jill’s house is on a street that goes down hill in the direction of Lake Houston. During the record setting rains, you could see the water coming up the street. Fortunately, the water stopped at her property edge. What follows are photos of homes that were flooded in her neighborhood.

People are moving quickly to get damaged things out and remove sheetrock so everything can dry out, so mold doesn’t get into things. I also have photos of commercial businesses that I will be posting soon. Thanks for the comment.
Thanks for sharing those pictures. My grandson lives in a development much like this in Sugarland and their home was spared this time. Glad you and your family were safe too.
